Well, what can I say Mandy is amazing. The care I've received since my surgery (a long time ago now) has been second to none. She has supported me medically and emotionally and there's been a lot of both over the years.
Nothing is ever too much trouble Mandy goes above and beyond and I can't thank her enough.

I am a stoma nurse in a local hospital and have the pleasure of using Mandy to refer many of my patients to. She always sees patients and feeds back to me in a timely and professional manner and with hospital pressures as they currently are I really would not be without her and her help and support - thank you Mandy!

We can not thank Mandy enough for the time and support she has given my nan. Not only has Mandy answered any of our text messages, calls and visited nan whenever we have needed her she’s also made nan feel human again. We are really thankful to Mandy for everything she has done and we are so happy that she is nans nurse.

Mandy is a caring an thoughtfull nurse whom I trust an can speak to any time day or nite nothing is to much trouble, she listens an is pleasure to know she has helped me through a long an hard time

I have been a qualified nurse for 30 years, working as a Specialist Nurse for the last 10 years in Stoma Care, Urology and Functional Bowel Issues. This has given me a wealth of expert knowledge in Specialist Practice.
I have worked in the NHS, Private and Community Settings. This enables me to offer high quality individualised holistic patient care. Acting with care and empathy and treating everyone with dignity and respect.
I work in the Birmingham area supporting Sandwell & West Birmingham NHS Trust and Birmingham Heartlands NHS Trust supporting NHS staff and District Nursing Services. Providing a seamless transition from hospital to home.
My proudest achievement is being nominated and receiving a Florence Nightingale Award and for also being given a Nurse of the Year Award.
I am passionate about the care I deliver and strive to make a difference every day to achieve the best possible outcome.
